4. Preorder Items

   • For preorder items, the delivery timeframe is 15–30 working days from the date of order confirmation. Please refer to our Preorder Policy for additional details.

5. Delayed Shipments

   • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance. While we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs, we will do our best to resolve the issue.
     

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

   • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Returns to Sender

   • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the item.
